If you are not familiar with ‘Wex Mondays’ it is a popular weekly competition on Twitter run by the retailer Wex Photo Video using the hashtag #WexMondays. Images are uploaded on the Monday and must have been taken in the previous week. Wex then pick a ‘short list’ and their top 3 images on Tuesday. The overall winner across the year is crowned the Wex Photographer of the Year.
There are hundreds of entries every week, so it’s a challenging competition with an incredibly high standard. I only managed a couple of shortlisted images (as below) but I have enjoyed being inspired each week by the entries.
I didn’t manage to enter every week, I’m impressed by those who have. However, I entered most weeks and am quite pleased with the body of work entered below.
